Our GABA Cha oolong is definitely considered one of our finer teas and a personal favorite of mine. Cinnamon, nutmeg spices and apple compote notes are very present from the first sip which pleasantly lingers in the mouth. Typical floral aromas of a quality oolong with a light honey like after taste and lightly tannic.
A well rounded and balanced tea to be enjoyed peacefully with good book, good company or simply by yourself.
2 tsp of tea per tea pot (300ml -400ml)
Water temperature 95°C (203F)
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
Note: GABA is an important amino acid which functions as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. First discovered in Japan during the 80's, the Taiwanese are the main producer and experts when it comes to quality GABA Cha oolong.
