White Tea


  Comprised of select young leaves and buds from the camellia sinensis plant, white tea has a fresh, delicate flavour profile. It is hand picked when the leaves are still covered with a silvery white down—before they have unfurled and matured—giving it the name “white tea.” It is processed very minimally.

  Steeping Tip: water for white tea should be no hotter than 75-85 C (170-185 F) for 5-7 minutes.
